Main Property Details - You will have full access to our townhome with two free dedicated parking spaces right outside the front door. We have a google nest doorbell which records when it senses motion (it shows with a green light) for security. You are just steps away from the main pool and there is a shower to rinse off your feet on the left side of the clubhouse (just go past the mailboxes). There is a quaint little patio to sit at outside the front door. Feel home away from home with comfy beds and furniture (our previous guests rave about the beds) and a charming fusion of ice cream and coastal decor! **Added extras Beach Gear - Cooler, two beach umbrellas, big sand towel 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, sand toys, volleyball, and a bluetooth speaker, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach 4 minutes away! Kids Gear - Pack n Play and child gate available upon request, high chair, kids toys, outlet covers for a relaxing stay with the kids. - We offer background checked babysitters for a discount endorsed by a reputable care company. We include two towels per guest per stay. We include starter amounts of complimentary coffee, creamer, two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, hand soap, dishsoap, two dishwasher tablets, one laundry soap packet and sanitized and cleaned refillable body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles (thanks for helping us ditch the one time use bottles to reduce waste and help our unit stay green!) Living Room As you walk into the unit you will be greeted with - Calming blue hue and coastal decor - The main living area has all the necessities for relaxation -A comfy couch with queen sofa bed (memory foam topper is provided for added comfort) -A loveseat great to curl up on -An oversized chair perfect for a good book - 65in 4k smart TV with streaming logged in, - Soundbar for a home theater experience. - The TV stand has board games underneath it. The dining table seats six and there are two stools at the breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee. A half bathroom is downstairs for your convenience next to the kitchen. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances (except the dishwasher. It cleans well. So kept it and the black matches :) ) - A blender and toaster - Coffee maker that makes Keurig pods or grounds with cleaned and sanitized reusable filters and a milk frother to make a cappuccino from your favorite cup of joe - Standard plates and silverware - cooking essentials like pots and pans and cooking utensils. - You are staying at the sweet spot after all so we encourage you to try our ice cream machine, snow cone machine, waffle maker or freeze your favorite beverage as a popsicle (We don't include the ingredients as everyone has their favorite flavor or recipe but we can send you our favorite recipes!) The washer and dryer are private, located in the closet in the kitchen. The drying rack over the washer and dryer is great for hanging your wet suits after a day at the beach. ⛱️ Back Patio Behind the kitchen is your semi-private patio with BBQ grill and sofa great for burgers or steak after a long day at the beach. Upstairs Bedroom 1 - Doze off in the king bed - Unpack your clothes in the dresser - Unwind with your favorite shows on the 55inch smart TV with streaming logged in - For extra storage you have access to the main closet in this room - A dedicated bathroom for this bedroom - An outside balcony is perfect for your night wine or morning coffee - Bedroom has a beautiful skylight which lets in abundant natural light but it is not right over the bed so it won't shine in your face in the morning. Upstairs Bedroom 2 - Queen bed -Twin Bunks - The smaller linen closet is available for you to unpack (its also where we keep the kids toys :) ) - Unwind with your favorite shows on the 42inch smart TV with streaming logged in - A dedicated bathroom for this bedroom Bedroom has a beautiful skylight which lets in abundant natural light but it is not right over the bed so it won't shine in your face in the morning. Neighborhood
SMALL quiet community as they are townhomes and not condos. There are only about 50 units. The community is surrounded by nice neighborhoods as well so you don't need to worry for your safety. Relax, kick back, and take a walk down to the beach or eat at Pompano Joes, only a 5 minute walk away. Close by to other restaurants and and activities via a short drive.
Guest Access
- Check-in is via a digital keypad (old codes are deactivated for security purposes). - We will not know not about early check-in or late checkout until the day before due to the cleaning schedule. Cleanliness and a relaxed stay is our top priority. While early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed, you can inquire and we do our best to accommodate your request. - Guests have access to the entire property except a couple of closets where we keep extra supplies. - Arrive at your leisure with 24 hour check-in.

If you plan to stay at the beach all week and that's what you came for, you can take an Uber or Lyft and then walk down to the beach only 5 minutes away. It's generally about $50 one way via Uber or Lyft from the Destin Airport to our townhome (traffic and time depending). The drive is about an hour and a half to the airport, traffic depending. If you would like to venture out and see more of the area, which we recommend, you will want to rent a car. Rent a car EARLY as cars can sell out weeks in advance. Some guests opt to rent a golf cart to navigate the side streets and journey down to the beach.
