Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
SMALL quiet community as they are townhomes and not condos. There are only about 50 units. The community is surrounded by nice neighborhoods as well so you don't need to worry for your safety. Relax, kick back, and take a walk down to the beach or eat at Pompano Joes, only a 5 minute walk away. Close by to other restaurants and and activities via a short drive.
Guest Access
- Check-in is via a digital keypad (old codes are deactivated for security purposes). - We will not know not about early check-in or late checkout until the day before due to the cleaning schedule. Cleanliness and a relaxed stay is our top priority. While early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed, you can inquire and we do our best to accommodate your request. - Guests have access to the entire property except a couple of closets where we keep extra supplies. - Arrive at your leisure with 24 hour check-in.

If you plan to stay at the beach all week and that's what you came for, you can take an Uber or Lyft and then walk down to the beach only 5 minutes away. It's generally about $50 one way via Uber or Lyft from the Destin Airport to our townhome (traffic and time depending). The drive is about an hour and a half to the airport, traffic depending. If you would like to venture out and see more of the area, which we recommend, you will want to rent a car. Rent a car EARLY as cars can sell out weeks in advance. Some guests opt to rent a golf cart to navigate the side streets and journey down to the beach.
